There is no main newsletter post this week, taking some time off to visit family.

A quick recap of recent weeks that you might have missed was a nice alternative to a full post.

Plus some other updates.... on we go ➡️

We are in a bit of a flux as we gather thoughts - one year in and heading into Autumn + Winter, it's the time of year for it.

Survey 01 is still open, so plenty to keep you occupied [<5 mins!]. It's your feedback, preferences and suggestions in there that will shape how we move forward into year 2, so don't delay! ⬇️

Quite interesting [for me at least 😆] to check back on some of the early newsletters, see what's changed, the different themes and topics. We had a few weekly issues before 💥Trump Watch got started in earnest.

Some people asked why I write so much about Trump. I'm not going to go full-monty here, but what I mainly try and do is raise awareness of the climate impact from defunding clean energy, science, deregulating emissions, etc.

In the 'flood-the-zone' policy, they distract to try and wash over this with the media circus that is Trumptown. It's important because it has a big impact; this is the US, and as you have seen, what they do, or don't do, disrupts the rest of the globe on so many levels.

So mainly that. Plus, he's a raving, senile, grifting narcissist authoritarian, trying to turn the US into a personal cash cow and militarised state, in the model of his great heroes in Hungary, North Korea, Russia and China.

Therefore, great fun to lampoon the 🍊gangsta.

🎙️Podcast interviews are progressing, we just posted 04 Cameron Price, having queue jumped 05 Hayley Moller.

Check out the short 1-minute clips before you dive into the main event. I really enjoyed both, quite different conversations.

And the discovery of Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball video [at the bottom of this main interview post], as suggested by Hayley. All part and parcel of the concrete research.

Miley aside, let me know what you think?

Should we do more or less, different topics, suggestions, thoughts welcome!

A reminder of what's coming next:

🎬 EP06 - James Macnaghten, Caldera [Industrial Thermal Storage] - editing

🔴 EP07 - Stephen Crosher, RheEnergise [HD Pumped Hydro] - recorded

🔴 EP08 - Georgia Ware, HotGreen [Industrial Heat Pumps] - recorded

🎙️ EP09 - Matthew Finn, EMEC [Test Facility] - December recording
